STEP NUMBER 1

STEP NUMBER 2

PERSONALITY TEST

Every candidate selected by our team will be administered a personality appraisal questionnaire, to assess his or her professional "personality" and future trajectories for development, and as a basis for interviews. If your resume is selected, you will receive an email invitation to a 15 minute online questionnaire. Take a quiet moment by yourself to answer the questions. You and your Clémentine consultant will then debrief the test results during your first interview in our agency - upon request, you can receive your results.

STEP NUMBER 3

MEET WITH YOUR CONSULTANT

If your profile meets the talent expectations of our client, you will meet with a Clémentine consultant at our Paris office near the Place de la République for an assessment of your skills set and leadership characteristics. Together we will evaluate your core competencies and achievements, mapping out potential future assignments.

STEP NUMBER 4

INTERVIEW WITH OUR CLIENT

Our consultant will transfer a number of profiles to our client, and the final selected candidates will meet the operational management of the firm. Clémentine’s consultant will closely guide you through the entire process.

SETTLING IN

During the probationary period, Clémentine’s consultant will stay in close contact to help you through the initial learning curve in your new environment.
